Ciborium in solid gilt silver by Chevron Frères, Paris around 1890. The hexafoiled base is decorated with three painted enamels representing the meeting with the Samaritan woman, the multiplication of the loaves and the sermon on the mountain. The node is organized into six floral motifs. The entire piece is widely decorated with filigree. Small lack of filigree on the base (see photo), otherwise perfect condition. The plate under the base lets you know the dealer “ED.DUPRENOY, Fabricant Strasbourg”. Dimensions: height 12,2 inch, diameter of the cup 4,53 inch. Weight: 741 grams.
